Hi, we’re Amy and Hunter, the husband-and-wife team behind Hebrews Coffee Co.! We’re specialty coffee enthusiasts who love nerding out over espresso, experimenting with seasonal flavors, and, most of all, creating experiences that bring people together.

Our story is rooted in two things we’ve always cared deeply about: exceptional coffee and serving others well. Hunter’s time in the Marine Corps and Amy’s background in the medical field shaped the values we bring to our business today: a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine heart for people. Our Christian faith is at the center of how we approach our work, reminding us that what we do is about more than serving drinks. It’s about serving people in a way that glorifies Christ.

When we started Hebrews Coffee Co., we wanted to create something different. Not just another coffee cart, but an experience people would remember long after the last cup was poured. Today, we bring that vision to corporate events, trade shows, conferences, employee appreciation events, brand activations, and weddings throughout the Atlanta area and beyond.

We believe the little details make all the difference. Our hand-built espresso cart is thoughtfully designed to complement everything from polished corporate environments to elegant wedding celebrations. We craft our drinks with care, create seasonal flavors that keep things exciting, and make our syrups from scratch using organic ingredients and unrefined sugars. With custom branding, personalized drink menus, and custom latte art, we love finding ways to make each experience feel uniquely yours.

And while we both wear a lot of hats, we each bring something special to the table. Hunter has an eye for the details that others might miss, while Amy has a natural gift for making guests feel welcome and cared for. Starting this business has even brought Amy out of her shell, and some of our favorite moments are watching her connect with guests over a great cup of coffee.

At the end of the day, we’re not here just to serve coffee and move on to the next event. We want to build lasting relationships with the companies, couples, and people who invite us to be part of their special moments.
