Corporate Espresso Bar Catering in Atlanta
A fully staffed espresso bar for conferences, meetings, and company events, planned around your schedule and run by professionals.
Working with a DMC, agency, or venue? We coordinate directly with your team.
Why a staffed espresso bar works at business events
A better guest experience. A made-to-order latte feels like hospitality, not a catering line.
A natural place to connect. The coffee bar becomes the spot where attendees pause between sessions and start conversations.
A real thank-you for your team. Appreciation days land better when people get their favorite café drink, made the way they like it.
One less thing to manage. We bring the cart, equipment, ingredients, cups, and baristas. You don’t coordinate rentals or staff.

Put your brand on the bar
Custom-branded carts, branded cups, menus in your colors, and latte art printed with your logo. Building a sponsor lounge or booth activation? See our brand activation coffee carts.
A menu built for your event
We can name drinks after a product, a campaign, or a company milestone, or keep it classic. Every menu includes hot and iced espresso drinks, house-made syrups, whole, oat, and almond milk, and decaf. Hot chocolate, loose-leaf teas, matcha, and chai are available. For high-volume sessions, we can streamline the menu to keep the line moving.
How we run your event
Planning. We confirm schedule, venue rules, load-in, and branding with your point of contact.
Setup. Our team arrives early and is ready before doors open.
Service. Professional baristas serve every guest, made to order.
Breakdown. We pack out on your venue’s timeline and leave the space clean.
Built to scale with your guest list
One barista makes about 50 to 60 drinks an hour. For larger groups, we recommend added baristas, longer service windows, or multiple carts, and we’ll suggest a setup based on your attendance and schedule. Multi-day conferences and multi-event bookings are welcome, and discounts are available.
